**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Involved in the technical design of IP Network
- Responsible for technical support, project implementation, testing and commissioning, site survey, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IP Network devices
- Properly judge the complexity of the Fault, call for multiple expertise support
- Coordinate with higher support channel engineer on troubleshooting; and jointly confirm the restoration of the Fault

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study,
- CCNP/HCIP/JNCIP (carrier class) or higher certificates are compulsory
- Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP Data Network technical support
- Able to work for large scale network such as Internet Service Provider or Telecom operators
