- Implement training courses according to the annual training plan on 5S, safety, internal laboratory - quality systems for operator, staff, and train new hire.
- Develop new training content according to the needs of the department.
- Monitor, evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Update and control the department's WI in the document management system.
- Prepare periodic reports on training activities and document management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: College (prefer in Engineering)
- Experience: 1-3 years experience on employee training & coaching for Manufacturing company.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge on 5S, safety in the manufacturing, quality system.
- Specialized skill: Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Other skill: Basic English (reading & writing).
