** 【Job Summary】**
The Sales Support position at Rontai Vietnam plays a key role in assisting the sales team and ensuring smooth coordination of daily business operations. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, managing orders, and supporting communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Support staff helps enhance customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the sales division.

**【Job description】**
**1. Sales Support**
- Prepare contracts and quotations.
- Handle shipment operations and export-related tasks.
- Coordinate schedules with the Japan headquarters.
- Support the CEO in price negotiations with suppliers.
- Provide required information to the shipping company for export operations

(The shipping company is already contracted).
- Prepare export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, and other necessary paperwork.
- Conduct quality inspections at suppliers’ factories (business trips approx. twice per year).

Prepare inspection reports and submit them to the Japan headquarters.

**2. Supplier Management & Finished Goods Inventory Control**
- Supplier Management
- Prepare supplier contracts.
- Support the CEO in negotiations with suppliers.
- Place orders for raw materials.
- Manage raw material inventory, including on-site inspections at the factory

(mandatory monthly visit, typically at month-end to month-beginning).
- Finished Goods Inventory Control
- Manage finished goods inventory.
- Conduct monthly on-site inventory checks at the factory

(mandatory visit, usually at month-end to month-beginning).
Other related tasks

**WORKING HOURS**: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
