**About the team**:
**SAP University Alliances**is a program which enables faculty to bring the latest SAP software and SAP University Alliances curriculum into classrooms and academic research, to better prepare the next generation designers, developers, data scientists, makers, entrepreneurs and business leaders for the intelligent enterprise Through a network of about 3,000 educational institutions and universities worldwide in across **113**countries worldwide, SAP University Alliances aims to develop critical skills for digital futures among academics, university students and young thinkers.

**About the role**:

- Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
- Expected start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Time Commitment: preferably full time

**Expectations and Tasks**
- The primary focus of the **SAP University Alliances Intern in Vietnam**(“UA Intern”) will be to support the Vice President of the SAP University Alliances (UA) for Asia Pacific (APAC) and the UA team in APAC to build the SAP UA network of academic thought leaders and researchers, faculties and students to drive SAP UA memberships and services for talent development.
- The UA intern will support the UA team to coordinate and report on key university program and initiatives like SAP Learning Hub and number of student certification.
- The UA intern will strongly support the regional UA team in planning and executing many UA events, including the planned SAP Academic Community Conference Vietnam 2025 in November 2025 in Hanoi.
- The UA Intern will support SAP UA member schools in Vietnam and drive growth of new members and students.
- The UA Intern will coordinate with the SAP UA manager and ensure that (a) KPIs are met, (b) costs are controlled within a defined budget, (c) appropriate SAP legal agreements are in place for UA members as well as UA projects with academia customers and partners, and (d) any other tasks that the UAManager may be asked to drive for UA in APAC and globall

**Educational Qualifications/ Skills and Competencies**

**Required skills**
- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing both physical and virtual events
- Experience in analysis and using tools to help UA Manager gain insight on the state of the UA program.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese with excellent communication skills and social media skills.
- Study concentrations in business, technology and/or entrepreneurship preferred.
- Good exposure to the latest technology and how they can help businesses/enterprises. Knowledge on SAP will be a plus
