**Job Description** POSITION PURPOSE**:

- CE-Commercial excellence provides input and support Commercial Business units in the development and implementation of tools to assist performance management process to improve quality for commercial team - CFU.
- The Training manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the CFU team. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives & arranges suitable training solutions for employees; actively searches, creatively designs & implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1. **Commercial excellence includes**:

- Acts as a consultant and leverages competitive industry /market information and recommends improvements that drive value and commercial effectiveness.
- Bring thought leadership and expertise on the latest industry thinking on Commercial Operations processes including Data Management, Systems, Digital, SFE, Training Program and Convention Management
- Enable commercial performance, through the implementation of solutions that address business needs and proactively propose process and system improvements to ensure ongoing alignment with business.
- Manage execution on regional CRM administration functions including workflows.
- Involve operational leading indicator dashboard approach to provide early signals for key Commercial Operations processes & Performance tracking. Support commercial operation in setting the Sales budget, bottom-up Sales Planning process, alignment of product allocations & Incentive scheme for FF team.
- Enhance Sales Force Effectiveness ensuring that has improved capability to see and win more opportunities including the deployment of CE framework.

**2. **Training includes**:

- Maximize team’s effectiveness by identifying and solving training needs.
- Understand sales system, customer insight, work closely to stakeholders to align & get business objectives, based on business needs to identify issues/ opportunities develop/ build annual training plan/ content/ materials for FF.
- Understanding the current strengths & weakness of FF and involve assessment methods to define gaps, training needs & training approaches to ensure that there’s consistency with core competencies and goals.
- Be responsible for implementation & roll out of any training course/ workshop/ program; with that’s act as trainer/ facilitator as required whenever possible.
- Follow up post-training action plan & track/ record improvements. Build effective tools & processes to evaluate the training impact on performance improvement.
- Support Line manager in other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Prefer significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a substantial focus on sales force effectiveness (people, processes, performance, and metrics)
- Good experience with cross functional relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supporting multiple teams, strong team leadership, coaching, and training.
- Good presentation, Coaching & Training skill.
- Effectiveness in communication by Vietnamese & potent English. Good negotiation ability
- Requires a bachelor's degree in relative areas (Pharmaceutical/ Commerce are preferred)
- Having many years professional experience, including managerial experience coaching and leading talent (3-5 years).
