- Overseeing the development of product recipes and specifications, conducting laboratory testing to ensure quality, safety, and functionality.
- Ensure R&D projects align with the company’s growth strategy and are executed within budget and timeline.
- Leading the scale-up of new product formulations in pilot plants, optimizing production processes, and addressing technical challenges
- Ensuring all new products meet relevant food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and nutritional standards
- Working closely with product development, marketing, sales, production, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth product launch and market success
- Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to optimize product quality and cost-efficiency.
- Engage with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and explore new possibilities.
- Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on technical & quality matters.
- Stay updated on global food technology trends and implement best practices to enhance competitiveness.
