Mô tả Công việc
Report directly to the Management Board regarding the quality of products manufactured by the company.
Receive information and plan for quality control implementation for various product lines.
Control the quality of raw materials before they are used in production or released to the market.
Organize meetings for the preparation of various product lines.
Monitor and inspect production processes from cutting, sewing, finishing, to warehousing to ensure quality requirements are met.
Conduct pre-final and final inspections as required.
Prepare necessary documents (Packing list, sample preparation, technical specifications, color charts, comments, etc.) for pre-final/final inspections by customers or third parties.
Proactively communicate with customers to address quality-related issues that arise during production.
Welcome customers and provide information to superiors when receiving customer visits to the factory.
Manage documentation and reports related to assigned product lines.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
At least 4 years of experience in QC/QA roles. Experience in garment companies is plus
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and good reporting and planning capabilities.
Proficient in English
