- University major: Marketing, Communication,or related - Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trends and influencers. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management is a plus. - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies for KOC engagement.
