BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together within a great team**POSITION** - As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building our next generation of scalable frontends using Next.js. You'll develop and maintain frontend components with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring high performance and stability to enable exclusive services for our business travel club members.**CHALLENGE** - Work with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end - Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, frontends and systems across HRS' engineering teams - Develop high-quality user experiences for our business travel club members at large-scale **FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...** - Expertise in Next.js, React, and modern frontend architecture patterns - Strong understanding of state management solutions, especially Redux and Context API - Experience with CSS Modules, Styled Components, or other CSS-in-JS solutions - Proficiency with Vercel deployment, AWS Cognito with Amplify, Google Maps API integration - Experience with analytics platforms and implementation (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) - Understanding of Node.js serverless Lambda functions for backend integration - Enjoyment for being a frontend specialist with knowledge of serverless backend architectures - Experience in AWS cloud engineering, as we are on a journey to cloud-native, serverless, and NoOps environment - Pride in working on projects to successful completion involving our technology stack - The ability to put yourself in the shoes of users and be a steward of crafting great experiences - Enjoyment in working with a diverse group of people with different expertise - Skills for upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design - Fluency in English, spoken and written **PERSPECTIVE** - Access to a global network of a globally united and mutually responsible “Tribe of Intrapreneurs” that is passionately dedicated to renew the travel industry and while doing so reinvent the ways how businesses stay, work and pay.- Our entrepreneurial driven environment of full ownership and execution focus offers you the playground to contribute to a greater mission, while growing personally and professionally throughout this unique journey.
