We are looking for a highly experienced Korean V&V Expert with strong hands-on capability in automotive validation & verification, especially within the Korea Automotive OEM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building, developing, and leading the V&V competency center, working closely with internal engineering teams and global automotive clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ V&V Leadership & Competency Building_**

- Establish and lead the V&V capability for Automotive projects (HIL/SIL/VIL, ECU, Infotainment, Telematics).

- Define V&V processes, test strategies, test frameworks, and best practices aligned with Korea OEM standards.

- Mentor and train engineers to build a scalable V&V team.

**_Hands-On Validation & Verification_**

- Execute and oversee vehicle-level and E/E system-level testing activities.

- Conduct hands-on testing on:

- HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)
- SIL (Software-in-the-Loop)
- VIL (Vehicle-in-the-Loop)
- ECU Testing
- Infotainment System Testing
- Telematics Testing

- Analyze test results, debug issues, and collaborate with developers for defect resolution.

**_Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration_**

- Work directly with customers (Korea OEM, Korea Tier-1, etc.) to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on test coverage.

- Provide professional technical consultation to internal teams and clients.

- Prepare and deliver technical reports, test KPIs, and quality metrics in English.

**_Quality & Process Management_**

- Ensure compliance with automotive standards:

- ASPICE, ISO 26262 (good to have)
- Korea OEM testing guideline & test case format

- Improve continuous integration & validation processes in alignment with OEM expectations.

**Requirements**:
**_ Technical Skills_**

- 5+ years of experience in Automotive V&V, preferably with Hyundai / Mobis / AutoEver background.

- Strong hands-on experience with HIL/SIL/VIL systems, including test automation.

- Deep understanding of H OEM system architecture, CAN/LIN, diagnostics.

- Practical knowledge in:

- E/E Testing
- ECU Functional Testing
- Infotainment & Telematics Testing
- Vehicle System Integration Testing

**_Soft Skills_**

- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken/written).

- Strong leadership capability and mentoring mindset.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working directly with H OEM/Tier-1 test teams.

- Experience using:

- dSPACE, Vector VT, CANoe, CANalyzer
- Test automation frameworks

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle in automotive (V-model).

- Understanding of ADAS/IVI/Connectivity systems is a plus.
