**JOB SUMMARY**:
The AP Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payable records, maintaining supporting documents, and processing all unpaid invoices in a timely manner. This role also supports expense monitoring, budget control, and may supervise junior AP team members.

**1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor company expenditures, including invoices, orders, statements, and bills.
- Verify the validity of payment vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct regular account analysis.
- Compare accounting data with system records to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and backups for tax and audit purposes.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure complete payment records.
- Review accounting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee or guide AP clerks and junior accountants.
- Join internal meetings to update on expenses and payment matters.

**2. REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience in data analysis is a plus.
- Strong time management and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, honest, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities independently or in a team.
- Flexible, patient, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
