Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe
- Work location: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
- Job summary: Follow business & operation of tenants in shopping mall. Provide timely support to improve sales performance/ operation of tenants to achieve company targets.

Detailed job description:
1. Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants’ situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (15%);
2. Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (15%);
3. Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationship and push their sales (15%);
4. Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%);
5. Marketing support: support tenants’ promotions and AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon’s campaigns, and closely work with

6. Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%);
7. Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in-out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%);
8. Process sales report and meeting preparations for tenants (10%);
9. Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).

1. Bachelor’s degree, any field;
