**What you will do**:

- Handle legal matters at operational level, contract management and resolution of legal matters;
- Providing legal advice on operational matters of the company;
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising various types of contracts. Capable in supporting business teams in contract negotiation;
- Support in licensing;
- Participate in the proceeding to protect rights and interests of Company;
- Legal advice to management regarding new strategic initiatives and product launches;
- Review and lead the reporting of key findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective;
**What you will need**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in law or related;
- At least 4 years of experience in legal or relevant functions;
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate law, contract and commercial law, including country-specific laws;
- Possess business acumen, be innovative but detail-oriented and self-driven;
- Solid communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to deal with and handle multiple and changing priorities;

**Preference**:

- International graduated, international working experience, MNC working experience;
- Working experience in both the financial and technology sectors.
