- Communicate with customer in test requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting and trouble solving.
- Transform customer’s test requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
- Analyze and design test case and test script.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of test design will be written.
- Perform the role of Quality Control of product.
- Make test plan and detailed schedule for team’s quality control.
- Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
- Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ testing skill.
- Lead small team 3~ 5 members
- Report to Leader and Line Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 3~5 years’ experience as Software Developer or Software Tester.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle, especially product’s quality control and automation testing.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Able to work under tight schedule.
- Good design documentation is required.
- Able to build team work’s spirit.
