**PMO of PDPD implementation project**
- Lead the project working team for the task implementation and delivery of the deliverables successfully
- Cooperate with K.Phan, legal & compliance, and HQ Data Governance & DPO (Pinhatai) for the project planning and PDPD implementation requirements and consultation
- Cooperate and facilitate the project team for the task assignments
- Track, monitor and report the project progress and status
- Report the executive for any support and endorsement required
- Manage the project risks and issues
- Ensure the project success

**Data protection champion (this position will also work continually after the PDPD project ended) this role are in 2nd line to work with the team who is the first line**
- Be the key contact point to work with DPO (from HQ - Pinhatai) regarding the PDPD requirements and planned tasks to be implemented for the data protection governance
- Cooperate with K.Phan, Legal & Compliance, for the PDPD & regulation requirements & consultation
- Cooperate with IT security & Governance, R&F, and other teams at TMN-VN and TFS regarding the data protection related matters
- Help to determine a responsible person for the data protection tasks (task owner) at Vietnam side
- Cooperate with the task owner for the task implementation and delivery
- Cooperate with HQ DPO for data protection policy, process and standard requirements and consultation provision to VN team
- Be a QA person to check and ensure the PDPD compliance according to PDPD and organization data protection policies and processes
- Support HQ DPO for the liaison with Vietnam government, regarding PDPD law

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**
- Legal or compliance related
- Or IT related (should be IT security related or Data Architect/Engineer)
- Knowledge of GDPR or data governance or data privacy and security would be advantages and preferable

**Experience**
- Banking or wallet or financial services industry would be preferable
- Compliance governance related, data governance or IT security governance related would be preferable
- Data protection implementation would be preferable
- Policy and process design and management

**Skills**
- Project management
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Quality assurance or audit skill
- Good English communication
