**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bạn cần có:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương
- Tiếng Nhật tương đương N3 trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm làm BSE từ 2 năm trở lên
- Thành thạo và có kinh nghiệm sử dụng ít nhất 1 ngôn ngữ lập trình : PHP, iOS, Java...
- Có kinh nghiệm làm quản lý (BrSE, Team lead, Project Manager)
- Có thể đọc/viết specs, viết Basic Design bằng tiếng Nhật
- Có khả năng leadership, có ý thức trách nhiệm cao, có tinh thần làm việc teamwork, chịu được áp lực cao.

Bạn có là lợi thế (Không bắt buộc):

- Có khả năng quản lý kế hoạch dự án, khả năng đàm phán và thuyết phục
- Xây dựng và duy trì tốt các mối quan hệ với khách hàng người Nhật
- Sử dụng thành thạo 1 hệ quản trị CSDL, đặc biệt là MS SQL server, Oracle
