**We are Hiring Junior - Mid - Senior S/W Developers**

S/W Developers in Vietnam (Hanoi)

We are striving to create co-working systems that enable seamless Korea-Vietnam collaboration, focusing on the IT domain. Thanks to our increasing presence in Korea, we're winning multiple IT

(web/app) development orders and looking for outstanding full-stack developers who can:

- Team-work with PM/PO and our core team in Korea
- Participate effectively in various projects

**Requirements**:
**2-3. Mobile Developer**

**1. Android Java, Kotlin Developer**: Experience of 2 years or more preferred
- Experienced at least 2 cases of service/project publishing (whether private or commercial)
- Have an understanding of GCP cloud
- Experienced with Git

**Ideally**
- Teamwork: the capacity to work as a team (working smart and harmoniously)
- Ownership mindset, dedicated to creating Uptempo Vietnam into a global success story
- Able to speak in English or Korean **(Not required)**
- Able to commute to Hanoi office
- Able to travel to Korea and other overseas countries

**Salary range**
- Junior: 1,000USD ~
- Experience of 3 ~ 4 years: 1,300 - 1,600 USD
- Experience of 5 ~ 7 years: 1,700 - 2,400 USD
- Over 7 years: negotiable (from 2,500 USD)

**Benefits**
- Team incentive (based on the level of contribution) - Expected: up to 10% of the profit generated
- 13th month salary
- Bonus: Tet bonus, Birthday (2 hours early leave), Other bonuses/gift: 30/4, 1/5, 2/9, etc.
- 12-day annual leave, 18 days for women

- Probation period: 2 months (100% salary)
- Provide lunch (included in the salary), dinner (reimbursement)

- Flexible working (details to be discussed during the interview: Start from 8-9 AM, remote work 1 day per week (negotiable, just for Hanoi residents), etc.)
- Release funds for team leisure (work vacation, team trip, etc.)
- Self-Development & Training support (gym, English/Korean study, online courses, books ) ($250 or 5 million VND/year)
- Bottom-up organizational style

**Processing**

1. Screening CV/Github → Interview 1st round → Coding test → Final round (optional)

**Salary**: From 32,000,000₫ per month
