**The Position**

OPSWAT is looking for a member who can roll up their sleeves to support the Revenue Operations organization in our Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE). The individual should be agile and able to work directly with our leaders of sales & commercial operations.

This role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable in Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerBI. The role is based in Vietnam, reporting to our APAC leader of Sales Ops & Analytics. The role will work with teams across the globe including San Francisco, Tampa, London, & Israel on their Business Intelligence

**What You Will be Doing**
- Bridge data between Marketing Operations, CX Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, & Finance to bring Go-To-Market insights to the business.
- Translate data findings into infographics, visualizations, and automated reports/ Power BI dashboard to effectively communicate them to various stakeholders and track results.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish a system of tools and techniques to enhance data analytics practice.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

**What We Need from You**
- 1 -2 years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel,)
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative, seek information, work independently, and deliver complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Power BI for modelling and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills for the purpose of communicating and presenting data.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present large amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders.

**It Would be Nice if You Had**
- Experience using CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
- Experienced as Analyst for finance function
- MS Excel Advanced abilities
- Experience in SFDC Reporting and Dashboards
- MS Powerpoint abilities to take information and convert it into charts and graphs
- Open to coaching and development to grow your skills, knowledge, and career
