- Đảm bảo, duy trì tình trạng hoạt động tốt của tất cả các thiết bị văn phòng như: Máy vi tính, thiết bị mạng, mạng máy tính, thiết bị backup, laptop, ups, máy scan mã vạch, máy chiếu, điện thoại, tổng đài điện thoại, máy in, photocopy, fax, scanner, máy chấm công, cửa từ, thiết bị hỗ trợ hỗ trợ an ninh, thiết bị giám sát truy nhập như camera và thiết bị do IT phụ trách.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bên ngoài và các phòng ban trong công ty lên lịch thực hiện bảo trì, làm vệ sinh định kỳ cho máy vi tính, máy xách tay, máy in, photocopy và thiết bị CNTT khác.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cài đặt, lắp đặt, cấu hình, cấp phát, di chuyển, thu hồi, cập nhật, nâng cấp, hạ cấp, thay thế, sửa chữa phần cứng hoặc phần mềm máy tính, máy xách tay, máy tính bảng, mạng, thiết bị mạng, điện thoại, tổng đài điện thoại, máy chấm công, máy photocopy, máy in, máy chiếu, máy văn phòng và các thiết bị CNTT khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý và người sử dụng.
- Theo dõi tình trạng hoạt động của các máy móc và thiết bị CNTT. Dự trù vật tư nâng cấp, thay thế, cải tiến và dự phòng.
- Thực hiện các dự án mở rộng, nâng cấp, cải tiến hay hiệu chỉnh hạ tầng mạng, máy tính, máy in, điện thoại, cửa từ, hệ thống camera an ninh và hệ thống CNTT khác của các văn phòng/ chi nhánh trong công ty.
- Lập các hướng dẫn thao tác người dùng cách sử dụng hiệu quả các phần mềm tin học và thiết bị CNTT.
- Đề xuất các sáng kiến cải tiến kỹ thuật đem lại tiết kiệm chi phí cho công ty.
- Liên hệ các nhà cung cấp thiết bị CNTT/ các văn phòng/ chi nhánh và nhân viên, quản lý phòng ban liên quan.
- Liên hệ nhà thầu phụ, phòng vận tải cho mục đích giao hàng.
- Quản lý việc hệ thống IT đảm bảo vận hành tốt.
- Quản lý các trang thiết bị theo trách nhiệm và yêu cầu công việc.
- Định kỳ báo cáo: tháng/ lần. Báo cáo kỹ thuật cho các yêu cầu từ người dùng, quản lý các sự cố.
- Nhiệm vụ phát sinh khác do quản lý giao.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệThông tin/ Khoa học máy tính
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Nhận thức đạo đức nghề nghiệp, tuân thủ quy định, nội quy công ty.
- Chủ đông, thích ứng với thay đổi và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Tối thiểu 1 năm làm việc ở vị trí Nhân viên IT hoặc tương đương
