**Job description**:

- Nắm rõ quy trình phát triển phần mềm theo agile, scrum
- Trao đổi với Quản lý và Khách hàng để thu thập yêu cầu và trình bày dưới dạng user stories cho team development
- Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để xác định scope và độ ưu tiên tính năng trong các giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm
- Trao đổi với team development để đảm bảo nắm rõ được yêu cầu cũng như đặc trưng của sản phẩm
- Viết tài liệu yêu cầu người dùng(URD User Requirement Document)
- Viết tài liệu mô tả yêu cầu phần mềm (SRS Software Requirement Specification)
- Trao đổi với khách hàng và Designer để thiết kế UI/UX để tiến hành đánh giá và nghiệm thu theo các yêu cầu
- Đánh giá và xác nhận với team phát triển sản phẩm về effort ước tính cho các user stories và tính năng
- Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa các bên liên quan nội bộ và bên ngoài, và là người liên hệ kỹ thuật chính cho các câu hỏi liên quan đến sản phẩm
- Làm việc với các bên liên quan chủ chốt để đảm bảo việc release sản phẩm thành công
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với team hỗ trợ và kiểm thử chất lượng sản phẩm để phân loại các lỗi, ưu tiên một cách hợp lý và đảm bảo chức năng dự kiến được hiểu rõ hoàn toàn
- Thiết kế tốt Prototype, Wireframe
- Thiết kế tối ưu cơ sở dữ liệu SQL
- Có khả năng xây dựng, dẫn dắt đội ngũ, đào tạo kế cận

**Your skills and experience**:
**Kiến thức**
- Có bằng cử nhân trở lên trong lĩnh vực Công nghệ thông tin
- Có kinh nghiệm phân tích triển khai ERP cho doanh nghiệp và hiểu biết sâu sắc về các lĩnh vực ERP (Kế toán, Tài sản cố định, Lương, Nhân sự, Quản lý Kho, Bán hàng, Mua hàng...)
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm BA và từng làm việc với dự án sử dụng công nghệ Odoo

**Kỹ năng**
- Viết tài liệu, mô hình hoá và tổng quát hoá vấn đề
- Có khả năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và làm việc nhóm tốt để giải quyết vấn đề
- Đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành bằng tiếng anh
- Thành thạo các phần mềm hỗ trợ như Microsoft Office, Canvas, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Google Docs...

**Ưu tiên**
- Có kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm lập trình, kiểm thử
- Có kinh nghiệm kiến thức về chuyển đổi số
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm theo mô hình Agile
- Có hiểu biết về mảng trí tuệ nhân tạo
