MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
MAIN DUTIES
- To prepare the contract rate and promotions as excel file according to the template of Samo system.
- To identify new data in the system.
- To upload contract rate and spo into the sytem.
- To calculate/ activate net price to sale price and inform related departments.
- To check data discrepancies with the operator side and fix them.
- To check if rates match in bookings.
- To upload all additional Services (transfer, gala dinner, excursions, airport handling etc..) rates taken from related department.
- To upload allocations with release dates.
- To inform for all changings to related departments.
- To prepare reports for the Head of Department.
- Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Direct Manager.
- Lead Product team, supervise team’s duties, support with reports to head of Pricing Manager.

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of three year work experience in similar position in Product deparments in Tour DMC company.
- University diploma required (Math/ Economic/ Logistic/ Commerce / Statistic)
- Active, dynamic manner
- Able to collaborate effectively with employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strongly support colleagues and sales team to deliver the best quality of services to customers/ partners.
- Be active in Company’ activities to build the solidary of company.
- Good grooming, professional and well-trained manner.
- Disciplined performer, strictly comply the Company regulation.
- Good teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
- Strictly follow communication lines and reporting lines.
- Comply with Company Code of Conduct at all times.
- Maintain the Company standards of service quality and performance standards.
