- completeness of documentation
- amount accuracy
- suspected invoice or transaction duplication

4. Review tie-up contract to control tax risk for company
5. Post invoice in system and create payment proposal by schedule

- reconcile AP, PIT accounts and monitor long outstanding balance with owners
- post journal entries
- Manage GRN open, AP open
