Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns:

- Develop and implement comprehensive UA strategies across paid (PPC, social media, programmatic), organic (ASO, content marketing), and referral channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and report campaign performance:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost per acquisition (CPA), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
- Generate insightful reports and present findings to stakeholders to inform future campaign decisions.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth based on data analysis.
- Manage partnerships and negotiate deals:

- Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, media partners, affiliates, and influencers.
- Negotiate contracts and secure optimal rates for performance marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the UA landscape.
- Research and recommend new channels and strategies to drive user growth.
- Be a source of knowledge and expertise for the marketing team.
- Monitor competitive best practices, keep up with industry trends and continually introduce new ideas, and work with the creative development team for improving performance.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to expand our customer pool

**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Definition of metrics and their relationship in analyzing digital ad campaigns
- Advanced concepts of UA (retention rate, ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV, IPM, cohort, organic uplift,...)
- Fundamental Concepts of Marketing & Business
- Experience in creative production or marketing idea pitching
- Fundamental concepts of ASO

**SKILLS**:

- Good at mathematics
- Fluent in English (daily interactions with international partners)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads or other ad networks.
- Experience in using marketing tools
- Experience in using project management tools & framework
- Experience in using tools to analyze data
