- Liaising and coordinating imports/exports requirements with customer service in DG office & ICD Long Binh departments.Manage and control the accuracy of import/exportation documents submitted to ICD required for customs clearnce..
- Controlling/overseeing and updating of export files and exportation process including accuracy of documents to be submitted to ICD.
- Coordination of deliveries to respective customers via commercial office in DG office, also courier original shipping documents when necessary.
- Receive original BOL, certificate, packing list & invoice from shipper or JBS Brazil factories, third party and submit to ICD, arrange offloading off/loading containers with warehouse and ICD staff.
- Doing the related system inputs to create DO to issue proforma invoice (separate batches, print labels ), making packing list to customer, control the warehouse stock file(to be the backup of supervisor related to this system activities).
- Reporting goods in transit, goods received and open orders on a weekly / monthly basis to management.

- Graduate from university, in business administration, accounting, finance, or logistics tertiary(diploma/certificate) would be an advantage
- Can communicate in English
