Android Teamlead

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Working directly with customer to gathering requirements and tasks list.
- Help the development team to interface with customer in technical discussion.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices.
- To design solutions independently.

**Job Qualifications**
- Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in native Android development with Java/Kotlin.
- Good at English communication
- Experience with Agile/Scrum projects.
- Experience in architecture design such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, Modularization Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Deep understanding of Object Oriental Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Experience with REST API communication, Socket communication, gPRC communication.
- Experience with source code control systems such as SVN, CVS or Git.
- Good familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs, such as Google Play SDK (Map), RxJava, Firebase.
- Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines.
- Experience in implementing & maintaining Android Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
