**Job Responsibility for Production Planning Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Plan for orders and forecasts to ensure the factory’s capacity
- Obtain the best possible lead time, ensure 100% on-time delivery
- Manage and optimize components stock supply and ensure a reliable stock
- Planning production of fabric to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Understanding of ERP as a planning tool
- Creation of purchasing needs for raw materials to ensure plan achievement
- Work with all departments to ensure maximum utilization of machinery
- Understand machinery capacity constraints and be able to suggest machinery changes or purchases as the order fluctuates
- Other missions/ projects assigned by the CEO
