_MIBS was set up with the aim of being innovative to provide effective solutions to our clients' problems. We are a professional firm staffed with passionate and credible managers, professionals, and consultants, specializing in Event Management and Strategic Communications._

Currently, our customers are in FMCG, Nutrition and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions.

**I. Responsibilities**:
Account Director will be in charge of customers in FMCG, Nutrition, and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions
- Developing and gaining Acceptance of Advertising Strategies, Proposals, and plans;
- Making presentation;
- Ensuring Innovative and Effective Advertising;
- Building Strong Client Relations;
- Maintaining Productive Relationships within Agency;
- Managing workload;
- Preparing Analysis and Reports;
- Managing Account Budget;
- Training and Developing Subordinates;
- Acquiring Advanced Account Management Capabilities;
**II. Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
**III. Salary & Benefits**:
1. Salary: Annual income: 50.000$ (Salary + incentive);
2. Benefits:
