Chuyên Viên Ngành Hàng (Retail), cùng team OL phát triển nhóm hàng phụ trách đáp ứng mục tiêu doanh số, lợi nhuận được đặt ra trên nền tảng web/app OL, cụ thể:

- Làm việc trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp: hợp đồng, giá mua, các điều khoản thoả thuận thương mại
- Dự báo nhu cầu hàng hoá theo thị trường để hỗ trợ đặt hàng đúng, đủ
- Phối hợp với team đặt hàng, kế toán, cửa hàng, marketing của Merchant để đảm bảo vận hành hàng hoá và chương trình bán hàng, phục vụ khách hàng
- Quản lý hiệu quả của từng mã hàng để đảm bảo tồn kho, tiềm năng bán hàng
- Đề xuất và quản lý khuyến mãi của NCC, khuyến mãi cho người tiêu dùng
- Đề xuất NCC, thương hiệu, nhóm/sản phẩm mới
- Đề xuất giá bán, cách bán, cách trưng bày online

- Ưu tiên cho ứng viên có ít nhất 2 -3 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên mua hàng tại các hệ thống siêu thị, chuỗi cửa hàng bán lẻ thực phẩm, mínimarket, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm ngành hàng Food và hoạt động trên các trang TMĐT.
- Am hiểu về thị trường ngành thực phẩm
- Nhạy bén thị trường, nắm bắt nhanh các xu hướng kinh doanh (business sense)
- Có năng lực đàm phán, làm việc với nhà cung cấp
- Có khả năng đề xuất chương trình khuyến mãi, giá mua và giá bán
- Khả năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có khả năng phân tích dựa vào biểu mẫu, dữ liệu có sẵn
- Sẵn sàng thử thách, kỷ luật tốt
- Không ngại môi trường start-up
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
- Có sức khỏe tốt
