**Job Title**: 2D and 3D Artist

**Responsibilities**:2D Art:

- Create concept art, illustrations, and storyboards based on project requirements.
- Design and execute high-quality 2D assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to establish and maintain the visual style of projects.
- Work with animators to prepare assets for 2D animations and effects.

3D Art:

- Develop 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props.
- Create clean and optimized models suitable for animation and rendering pipelines.
- Use tools to rig and animate 3D assets when necessary.
- Light and render scenes to achieve a high-quality visual presentation.
- Ensure models and assets align with technical and artistic requirements.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-3 years of professional experience in 2D and 3D art production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Autodesk Maya/3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter/Designer.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and texturing.
- Solid knowledge of rendering techniques and optimization processes.
- Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver on time.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in gaming, film, or advertising industries.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D pipeline workflows and best practices.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Pay: 10,000₫ - 20,000₫ per month
