9PMP is seeking a MEP Manager to join our growing operations with experience across market sectors such as Residential/Commercial/Retail/Hospitality/Industry projects with high standard of finishes.

This position provides the opportunity to work with a truly innovative and passionate team, report to Project Director with key responsibilities and requirement below:

- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Project management consultant, QA/QC.
- Attend the meeting regarding the discussion of project aspects, especially in terms of technical constraints
- Capable of controlling and supervising the finishing stage of the project
- Assess the main risks/Issues of the project. Update, report daily and weekly on Company's AECIS System.
- Prepare supporting documents for project management, from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead the project team to meet client requirement in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders' satisfaction.
- Manage all tendering processes, contracts awards and cost control.
- Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
- Manage MEP contractors' work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
- Manage interfaces on site between contractors.
- Coordinate MEP work with other relative activities
- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on site.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
