We have also integrated some Vietnamese touches into the interior to give it a sense of place.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the F&B Department
- Ensure that the quality standards and procedures established for the F&B Department are understood and implemented across all outlets and departments
- Establish periodic budgets and forecasts for the department
- Coordinate daily with outlet managers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that all financial matters and transactions within the department are handled in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures set by the company, hotel, and the Financial Controller’s office
- Develop, implement, and maintain all employee training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing demands of the business
- Interview, select, and recruit F&B staff
- Conduct performance reviews with the team

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/F&B
- Experience in all aspects of F&B service, especially in international luxury hotels
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English
- High professionalism with strong human resources management skills and business acumen
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Additional certifications related to F&B will be an advantage
