Handle VAT declarations and related reports.

Manage cash flow (main in charge) and banking transactions (PIC).

Prepare internal and financial reports (month-end, quarter, year-end) and oversee the accounting system. Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Record all transactions related to Retail & Ecommerce business.

Check and control AR, AP, and GL before recording.

Monitor and allocate accrued expenses from departments.

Support and collaborate on tax audits, returns, and audited reports (with KPMG).

Prepare analysis reports (revenue, expenses, bonuses) and control import-export and inventory.

Manage fixed assets, tools, depreciation, and amortization.

Strong expertise in cost accounting and taxes with relevant experience.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other analytical disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax accounting, general accounting, or a similar position at a retail company.

Understanding of accounting procedures and standards.

Excellent in computer skills, especially MS Excel.

Honest, positive, careful, patient and willing to learn.

Ability to adapt to constant change, multi-task, flexible and have ability to re-prioritize deliverables and resources.
