Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
**1. Obtain future technology architecture**Identify requirements, principles, and models that facilitate technology decision-making.Analyze business contexts, strategies, and trends, and modify requirements in other enterprise architecture viewpoints to derive state technology architecture.Detect critical deficiencies, and technical debt, and recommend solutions for improvement.Leverage new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base and IT estate.Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the future and current state, aligned with IT budgeting or other capital planning processes.Define target technology architecture, and roadmaps to achieve the target.

**2. Cloud state identification**Work with related stakeholders to derive the future state of Cloud usage in the bank.Set up frameworks, standards and guidelines for using Cloud.Define Cloud strategy and its associated roadmap/implementation plan, and implement resource allocation.

**3. Technology Analysis & Evaluation**-
Define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value.Design the governance, assurance, and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture.Oversee the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, and the design of standard configurations.Identify organizational and financial impacts of the enterprise technology architecture.Strengthen the business and IT strategies focused on EA development and service delivery to lead MarCom activities.

**4. Delivery of Business Outcomes**Monitor technology implementation and modification activities.-
Develop and deliver working, production-ready reference implementations.Coordinate with the product managers, product owners, EA peers, and project staff to support required product needs throughout the product life cycle.Record technology architecture design and analysis work (e.g. postmortem documentation and metric collection).Bring solutions by following best practices of architecture.Collect feedback and input from businesses and developers to help improve architecture standards and guidelines.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.At least 5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on experience with cloud architectures, and with cloud providers.Experience or knowledge of building cloud environments (public, private or hybrid).Solid knowledge of backend development languages (Java, Go and Python), database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle), and frontend web development languages (JavaScript, HTML and CSS).Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).Understanding of IT standards and controls.Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.Strong leadership skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, and technical skills.Excel at influencing, guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making.Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.
