Mobile Tech Lead

**Responsibilities and Duties**

A Software Developer is a professional who is charged with designing and coding software for businesses and consumers alike.
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Architect, design, and develop software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and issues, working closely with QA teams.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend and implement improvements in software development processes.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to make technical decisions that align with the company's goals and strategies.
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- From 7 years of experience in mobile development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex mobile projects.
- Proven experience in working with React Native and React.
- Write “Clean” and well-designed code to develop and distribute products of many different types
- Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code.
- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
- Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
- Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
- Integrate third-party API's and necessary integration into backend systems.
- Able to write unit and integration tests.
- Work with native modules when required.
- Work with modern development management tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, CI/CD
- Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.
- Using and working in team environments that use agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean).
- Documentation Skills.
- Able to follow git workflows and handle merge conflicts.
- Strong about optimizing bundle files with Webpack.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Advanced Mobile App Architecture Patterns, Documentation Skills, Collaboration in Mobile App Development Teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze / study new technical, new frameworks.
