**OFSP Process Deployment Leader**

Tetra Pak is looking for OFSP Process Deployment Leader who will set requirements for tools supporting part of the relevant process: scope is a) globally for part of the process or b) for the full process for a cluster capture, analyse and cascade best practices support process implementation and training, lead continuous process improvements and ensure user and super user competence lead or participate in specific projects.

This position can be based in any of the following office locations:

- China
- Pune India
- Jakarta Indonesia
- Ho Chi Minh Vietnam
- Bangkok Thailand
- Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

**What you will do**

As a OFSP Process Deployment Leader, you will:

- Process Performance Identify, document and share best practise with local process owners
- Support local organisations in performance improvement activities
- Set requirements for supporting tools Support implementation of local targets for process KPIs
- Process Compliance Drive compliance to legal requirements, global processes, best practices and control framework
- Drive gap identification and implementation within BU ensure high quality master data
- 3. Process Improvements and Implementation Define, document, implement and improve global standards in terms of process, interfaces to other processes, key procedures, (master) data and systems used to support the process
- Work closely with local organisations to implement processes, key procedures, data and systems
- Competence Development Ensure Super Users community is complete, competent and operating effectively
- Analyse and address local competence gaps through LPDs Prepare and conduct process training
- Projects Lead or participate in specific projects

**We believe you have**
- Minimum of 8 years of process and project management exp., expert knowledge in relevant systems
- Experience in business process design informal authority for driving improvements across the organisation
