Senior Operations Executive, Vng Solutions

Ensure efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure using system and infrastructure management, with the objective of ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Manage daily IT operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.
- Review and implement IT operational strategies, ensuring they are well communicated and aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure execution of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are well communicated across all departments.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to IT tickets, problems, and requests, ensuring they are met without breaches.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between IT and business teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly IT operational reports, covering analytics, system updates, and SLA performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all documentation reflects recent changes and maintains consistency across platforms.
**Yêu cầu**:
**Experience**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience with SLA management, strategic planning, and report generation.
- Proven track record in policy and procedure implementation and adherence control.
- Strong experience in systems troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Experience in conducting knowledge transfer sessions and managing a knowledge base.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT processes, IT operations and systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills at CEFR B1 level or above are required.
- ITIL Certification is desirable.
