Technology Technician to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of our AI models and systems. This position will be crucial in ensuring our AI projects run smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with our development teams to keep our technology performing at its best.
- System Maintenance & Support: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for AI systems, including servers, GPUs, and specialized AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AI models and infrastructure, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Project Execution: Assist with the deployment of AI models into production environments, working closely with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure smooth integration.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI systems, analyze data logs, and report on key metrics to identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Management: Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to prepare data for model training and validation.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, software engineering, and product management, to understand project requirements and deliver on technical goals.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Others Tasks as supervisor required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, but a combination of relevant experience and certifications will also be considered.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (freshers with excellent school results and open mindset are also welcome).
- Strong foundation in computer science principles and knowledge of AI concepts, including machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
