**Responsibilities**

**Ensuring Game Project Quality**
- Develop a plan for building gameplay and feature systems for the project.
- Implement all outlined systems according to the project timeline.
- Ability to estimate ETA and accurately assess the progress of work.
- Expertise in implementing UI based on mock-ups.
- Delegate tasks to junior/fresher developers under supervision to support the project's efficient progress.
- Communicate effectively with Game Designers to ensure they have the necessary tools to balance game parameters.
- Maintain good communication with Artists to ensure receipt of all assets and adherence to optimization rules for the game project.
- Possess the ability to perceive and polish the game experience and optimize it for performance across various devices.
- Able to brainstorm and provide insights to enhance the gaming experience.

**Training and Supporting New Team Members**:

- Provide direct training to junior developers to equip them with the necessary skills to handle more challenging tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Have 4 years of experience in game development
- Experienced in rapidly building product prototypes using Unity
- Experienced in resolving Crash/ANR issues
- Capable of managing and assigning tasks to Junior Developers

**Knowledge**
- Proficient in Design Patterns and SOLID principles
- Proficient in Unity (C#)
- Knowledgeable in optimizing FPS and memory for Unity

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Research skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new knowledge

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of Shader is a plus
- Knowledge of nodejs, python, nim... is a plus
- Familiarity with Design Patterns and SOLID principles is a plus

- Experienced in leading team
