This position will be responsible for managing customer complaints, supplier quality management, CM in Vietnam. In addition, support other sites (China, Hong Kong) in promoting new products and managing supplier quality.
- Handle Customer complaints and issue reports on customer claim
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints regarding raw materials from suppliers
- Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- Update/issue inspection standards from customers
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate supplier qualification and approval processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for defective materials.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters.
- Monitor and report on supplier quality performance and key performance indicators.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Engineer's degree in electronics, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or a related role.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and related quality standards (IPC, ESD).
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with supplier audits and assessments.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software (SAP, ERP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
