**Job description**:

- Phát triển và duy trì ứng dụng di động đa nền tảng (Android/iOS) sử dụng Flutter.
- Xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống backend (Node.js/PHP/Python...) và frontend web (React/VueJS/Angular...).
- Thiết kế và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB...).
- Triển khai, giám sát và vận hành hệ thống trên server hoặc nền tảng cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, VPS,...).
- Đảm bảo an ninh, sao lưu và hiệu năng cho hệ thống CNTT của doanh nghiệp.
- Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật, lỗi hệ thống và đưa ra giải pháp cải tiến.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các phòng ban khác khi cần.
- Ghi chép tài liệu kỹ thuật và báo cáo tiến độ công việc định kỳ.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc tương đương.
- Từ **2-3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế** trong các mảng: lập trình **Flutter**, **backend/frontend web**, và **vận hành hệ thống IT**.
- Hiểu biết về bảo mật hệ thống và hiệu năng ứng dụng.
- Có tư duy logic, chủ động và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng triển khai hoặc làm việc với hệ thống quản lý bệnh viện.
