**Job Description**:

- Monitoring of equipment - including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out.
- Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.
- Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem.
- Data collection, interpretation and report writing.
- Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management.
- Risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.
- Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.
- Develop new process/technology to improve yield and cost.
- To be responsible for product quality.
- Communication with customer for customer complain.

Qualification requirements:

- Vietnamese nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required (master’s preferred)
- English communication is mandatory (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
- 5+ years in working as process engineer or quality engineer.
- Critical/Logical thinking and statistical analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
