Sales Admin/sales Support

Provides administrative support to the Sales team, including document management, customer communication, and portal maintenance. Assists with ad-hoc projects as needed.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
1) Receive, file, archive and manage PO, contracts, correspondences from Sales Reps and Business Developer.
- Tiếp nhận, lưu file và quản lý các giấy tờ văn bản như PO, hợp đồng, công văn, biên bản thỏa thuận của Phòng kinh doanh, _
- Upload giấy tờ hợp đồng phòng Sales lên hệ thống. _

2) Support other Sales team members in the sales department when they are not present at the office in listening and answering phone calls from customers, making quotations, preparing contracts, checking and providing information to existing customers.
- Hỗ trợ các nhân viên khác trong phòng kinh doanh khi họ không có mặt tại văn phòng trong công việc nghe và trả lời điện thoại từ khách hàng, báo giá, chuẩn bị hợp đồng, kiểm tra và cung cấp thông tin Khách hàng hiện tại ,_

3) Support to work on Customer portals for related information. (price bidding, PO confirm...)
- Hỗ trợ Sales trong việc báo giá và xác nhận thông tin trên hệ thống của KHách hàng. _

4) Support Team Lead for adhoc project including providing filed documents, reports, information from system as requested.
- Hỗ trợ trưởng nhóm trong 1 vài dự án adhoc và hỗ trợ việc cung cấp giấy tờ, báo cáo, cung cấp thông tin trong hệ thống khi được yêu cầu. _

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Have 3-5 years of proven working experience
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Data management efficiency
- Ability to present reports and draft professional documents
- Organizational skills
