**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng giao diện và trải nghiệm người dùng cho các sản phẩm web nội bộ và/hoặc khách hàng. Đảm bảo hiệu năng, tính tương tác, và tính ổn định của hệ thống web.
- **Nhiệm vụ chính**:

- Phát triển giao diện website hiện đại, responsive bằng một trong các thư viện/framework như React, Vue.js hoặc tương đương.
- Tối ưu hóa UI/UX, đảm bảo tương thích với đa trình duyệt và thiết bị.
- Tích hợp API từ backend, xử lý dữ liệu và trạng thái ứng dụng hiệu quả.
- Tham gia review code, viết unit test, đóng góp ý tưởng cải thiện kiến trúc frontend.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các team thiết kế, backend và QA để triển khai tính năng.
- (Nếu có năng lực): Hỗ trợ hoặc tham gia vào một số phần việc backend.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Junior Level (1-3 năm kinh nghiệm)**:

- Có từ 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển website, trong đó ít nhất 1 năm phát triển frontend bằng React, Vue.js, Angular,..
- Nắm vững HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, nguyên lý responsive, cross-browser.
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ quản lý mã nguồn (Git) và các công cụ build (Webpack, Vite,...).
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm, tiếp nhận feedback và cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Ưu tiên nếu có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về Three.js và backend

**Middle/Senior Level (4-7 năm kinh nghiệm)**:

- Có từ 4-7 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình website, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm phát triển frontend bằng React, Vue.js, Angular,..
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế kiến trúc frontend, tổ chức component theo hướng modular, reusable.
- Biết làm việc với các thư viện quản lý trạng thái (Redux, Pinia, Zustand, Vuex,...) và routing.
- Có tư duy tối ưu performance frontend (lazy loading, code splitting, SSR là lợi thế).
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về Three.js, từng tham gia phát triển fullstack hoặc có hiểu biết về kiến trúc backend/API/database.
