MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and record daily cash transactions, ensuring all cash receipts and disbursements are accurately accounted for and securely handled.
Perform daily cash counts and reconcile cash with receipts, addressing and resolving any discrepancies immediately.
Prepare bank deposits and perform bank runs to deposit or withdraw funds as required, maintaining a strict chain of custody for all transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash handling activities, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the finance department to support cash flow management and forecasting efforts.
Provide training and guidance to staff on proper cash handling procedures and policies to ensure compliance and reduce the risk of errors or fraud.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cash operations, contributing to the overall financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure the security of the cash office and all cash holdings, implementing and adhering to strict security measures.

**Requirement**:
High school diploma required; further education in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in cash handling and financial record-keeping, ideally within a gaming, hospitality, or retail environment.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy in financial transactions.
Knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to cash management.
Proficiency in financial software and systems used for cash management and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical financial practices.
