Bank:

- Manage the bank accounts of company and its affiliates, daily payments and other daily transactions with the bank.
- Monthly reconciliation between the bank statement and bank account.
- Keep updating fund status of the companies and be able to cooperate with the personel of the HQ Treasury Department for fund arrangement and payments, ensure the accuracy and timelines of fund receipts and payments.
- Prepare the documents to receive the oversea short-term loans when iccuring.
- In charge of monthly oversea loans report, connect with SBV for the long term loans registration related issue (when inccuring)

Book keeping and FS report preparation:

- Monthly bookeeping in company's accounting software, ensure the accuracy of all business transactions
- Ensure the consistant between Local accounting book (VAS) and Group accounting books (IFRS) and raise the adjustments if need.
- Reconcile the related parties's receivable and payable balances
- Generate FS report monthly
- Support for year-end closing
- Support for annual financial audit.

Taxes:

- Handle all type of taxes (VAT, CIT, FCT, import tax...), ensure the accuracy and timelines of tax returns and payments.
- Monthly reconcile the VAT return with the accounting book and adjust on the accounting book or VAT return.
- Submit the tax payments if incur and obtain the payment voucher from Bank
- VAT invoice issuance
- Support for CIT finalization.
- Support for the tax examination and tax inspection if any.

External report:

- Summarize the financial data for other department to prepare the FDI reports/ Statistic reports.
- Other works assigned by the superior and manager.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese and International accounting standard.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese Taxation and SBV regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP system.
- Fluent in English or Chinese communication skills (both verbal & writing).
- Experience in working for large scale multinational group, FDI companies.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
