About the Role:
As a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our IT team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier technical talent. Your expertise in the IT industry, combined with your strong talent acquisition skills, will be instrumental in driving our company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
