Advisor (Attractive Base Salary + Commissions)

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Consultancy (50%)**

Consult health and life insurance plans to inbound leads who are contacting us to buy insurance, including:

- Conduct initial consultation and needs analysis.
- Utilize our proprietary system to make quotes.
- Explain quotes, benefits and advise clients with recommendations.
- Follow up until the deal is won or lost, provide ongoing support.
- Find new business through your own efforts, in addition to leads given.
- Promptly contact any leads delegated to you.

**2. Customer Service (20%)**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients when they have any questions or need help during the policy year.
- Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service team.

**3. Customer Relationship Management (30%)**

Use our CRM system to build and maintain relationships with clients, including:

- Utilize our CRM system to set tasks and reminders.
- Coordinate client payments and renewals with the customer service team.
- Introduce new products to clients and request referrals.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
**Must have**:

- Confidence; energetic and outgoing personality.
- Good English skills.
- The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

**Nice to have**:

- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation.
- No insurance experience required, we’ll train you
