- Develop business plans for groups of products
- Make periodic business plans for branch clusters, allocate budget and coordinate Sales department to implement business goals.
- Monitor and promote business activities of branch clusters
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement business development strategies
- Collaborate with HR to build and develop the sales team
- Summarize and report to evaluate the business results of the cluster
