**Your responsibilities will include**:
Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems

Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor of ordering issue, and other key related to ecommerce operationsDevelop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insightsSupport teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirementsCoordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolutionPerform other relevant duties according to the business needs
- Support processes to ensure all aspects of the ecommerce operations run smoothly

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
University degree in any related field

1-2 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Supply chain or any related fieldsGood attention to details and good ability to analyze data
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
