Kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên vật liệu, đảm bảo thống nhất tiêu chuẩn, phương pháp kiểm tra giữa Supplier và CM nhằm cung cấp nguyên vật liệu đạt yêu cầu, kịp thời cho sản xuất:

- Define Material for make Inspection standard
- Make Inspection Standard for Specification Material
- Make Material Approval/Release sheet
- Issue Approval sample for Supplier & CM
- Issue Limit sample for Supplier & CM during MP
- Issue Visual inspection standards
- Issue Function inspection standards
- Conduct Reliability test for material
- Plan for making/release Equipment list for IQC inspection
- Define Storage requirement for special material
- Release Jig for IQC (sample/ design files), do GRR, Coleration
- Define CTQ (plan & equipment) for all material
- Measuring/check/verify the R&D change
- Audit new supplier
- Frequency Audite supplier
- Check supplier report (OBA report)
- Check IQC report of CM
- Make Incoming Lot Reject Rate, Line Reject Rate of Material and control
- Support CM for improve the issue
